Byron Place Capital Management was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Metuchen, New Jersey.  We specialize in disciplined, common sense investing in the publicly traded equity markets.  Byron Place Capital Management invests in businesses that have a sustainable competitive advantage run by competent management teams who have a track record of success and are good stewards of capital.  We seek to buy these businesses in the stock market at a discount to their intrinsic value.  Byron Place Capital Management manages capital via separately managed accounts (SMAs).
